We were contacted by text (who does that these days?) with two hours to go for our dogs groom, to be told the groom had been cancelled due to 'staff illness'. We asked to make contact for our deposit to be returned. No such luck... We have tried but no response. Went there this week and it was closed - at 11am midweek.
